Return & Refund Policy

Our flexible return policy aims to provide customers with a comfortable e-shopping experience.

Customers have the freedom to cancel orders at any time before receiving delivery.
Products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving delivery under the following conditions:

  1. The package must remain unopened, with stickers and markings intact.
  2. Customers are required to return the product to any of Tarpor.Com sales points. If the packaging and product are found intact at the point of return, the refund process will commence.
  3. All branches and pickup locations are eligible for returns.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of return.

"Product malfunctions from the outset" 

- in such cases, referred to as Dead on Arrival (DOA), customers must report to Tarpor.Com points within 3 days of delivery. We will retrieve the product from the customer's premises, and payment will be refunded within 7 days. The order will be considered canceled.

"Product malfunctions after 3 days of delivery"

 - such cases fall under the warranty program. Customers should bring the product to any of Tarpor's points for warranty claims.

Please note that if the product fails to work with another device, it will not be eligible for return.
