We primarily use SteadFast for deliveries across Dhaka City, occasionally utilizing PaperFly Courier for certain cases. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 24-72 hours. Orders exceeding BDT 10,000 in value and weighing less than 2 kg qualify for free delivery. For orders outside these parameters, delivery charges will be provided during checkout.
Inside Dhaka:
Typically, we deliver the next day after order confirmation. However, in some cases, it may take 2 to 3 working days or more. Rest assured, we'll notify you via email or phone call if there are any delays.
Outside Dhaka/ Nationwide:
We deliver to all major cities across Bangladesh using various courier services. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Generally, national orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer, but we'll keep you informed regularly to ensure the best possible delivery schedule.
